Coaching Programs

Are you ready to make some healthy changes in your life? Are you ready for an extraordinary experience in the world of self-healthcare?

Seriously! Change is serious business, and you have got to be ready!

  • Would you like to have more and consistent energy to get through your days with clarity and focus? What would that mean for you? Promotion? More money? Efficiency?
  • Does sleeping soundly through the night sound like a good idea? Would that help in being to wake up more rested? Did you know that better sleep leads to weight loss?
  • Would eating more healthful meals that are simple and quick to prepare be helpful in your quest for a better weight or pants size? Would knowing how to take what you have on hand and turning it into something tasty and satisfying cut down on your “pick it up on the way home” food bill?

If so, raise your hands and say, “yahoo!” because you have come to the right place.

Now, you know there is no shortage of diet and exercise “how to” information available to you. And I’m willing to bet that you may have read one or two books or magazines about weight loss. You might even have invested in a gym membership or one of those lovely plant stand and clothes hanger combinations that has a conveyor belt at the bottom–some people call that a treadmill. I have one too.

So, I would like to suggest that it is not a lack of diet and exercise information that is keeping you from reaching your health goals.

What is in the way is what I would like to help you discover for yourself so that you can finally make the progress and reach the goals that you have been setting and resetting for a couple or more years now.

And I promise I will not do that by giving you a prescribed list of foods to eat and telling you that you can eat only 900 calories a day.

What I would like to offer you instead is a Vibrancy Gap Assessment. In that session you will discover where you are getting energy and where you are losing it. Where you are living according to what is important to you, and where you are giving in and giving your power away.

Yes, it can be enlightening and a little eye-opening. And I promise that you will feel liberated to finally make some lasting changes. You’ll leave the one-hour session with tips and techniques (food, lifestyle habits, self-care ideas) that you can apply immediately.

Where does this conversation take place?

It will likely take place over the telephone–you can be in your PJs if you want. You just can’t do that in a coffee shop.

I’ve completed thousands of conversations with people about their health concerns while we’re not in the same room, same city, or even the same country.

What’s after the initial conversation?

While there is no obligation to continue after we talk together, I welcome you to consider that this conversation may be a turning point in your life.  Even if you decide coaching is not the right thing for you now, or I am not the right coach for you (hey, no hard feelings–I’ll help you find someone), you can sign up for teleclasses, webinars, or group telephone coaching.

What’s it going to cost me?

This initial conversation lasts about an hour and your investment in the Vibrancy Gap Assessment is $50.  If the time is right for you to continue with a coaching program, you can apply that $50 to whatever program or event you choose.

If we decide to work together, there are a plethora, a veritable cornucopia of options! Want something for yourself?  For you and a group of friends or family? Would you prefer to work by telephone? I’ve got something for everybody.

As we continue to work together, we will find easy, fun ways for you to make bite-sized changes in your foods, your physical activities, and even other areas of your life that nourish you. Being healthy goes way beyond what you look like from the outside, and I am committed to being with you through ups and downs, wins and challenges, no matter what they look like.

As a Holistic Health Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, my job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” diet plan, and I’ll work with you to determine what works with your life, your scedule, your concerns, and what small changes you can and are willing to make over time so that you can move consistently forward towards your quest for natural, optimal health.

I’m working on getting the Health Historyform onto this website.  It is not yet active.  For now, please complete the contact form below, and I will send you the Health History form via email.

A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest and open relationships, a career that inspires you, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, and physical activity that ”moves you” and feeds your soul and your hunger for living.  I will refer to these things as Primary Food, and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find balance in all of these areas.

Contact me today, and let’s discover how vibrant your life is and could be.

I am developing new coaching programs based on the feedback received from clients, and I am super excited about what is coming down the road for you!

The coaching programs will be via telephone, web, and will vary in format from on-line to group to private. You will have multiple ways to access information, ideas, and individual or group support.

My plans for the new coaching programs include the following aspects:

  • Teleclasses–large classes to which you can bring a guest. Kind of like Freshman Biology in the big theater.
  • Teleseminar series–a multi-class format which will be open to smaller groups only so that we can have group interaction and as much one-on-one interaction as possible.
  • Webinars–new technology for me, but I’m working on it.
  • Audios and videos–how does a virtual cooking class sound? We cook from our respective houses, or you can watch from the comfort of your clean house while I dirty up my kitchen.
  • And of course a ton of handouts and resources for your personal tool kit.

I would love to get your feedback on this, so email me about it, give me a call, or post something on the blog.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
