This is a great way for you to get a good overview of what’s going on with you, if you are really, truly ready for significant change, blowing the roof off of what has been stopping you, and moving forward boldly down the path of your dream life.

let’s start talking about it! The sooner we start talking about what you want,
blowing past what you don’t want, and making plans, you will be amazed at how much easier it will be.
Where does this conversation take place?
Usually it takes place via telephone as I work with people and groups everywhere. You can call from the privacy and comfort of your home, or from wherever you are at the time you call me! You will just want to be able to speak freely, feel unencumbered, and not have too many distractions–better for me to hear you and for you to carve out some time and space for just you.
What happens after the discovery session?
While there is no obligation to continue after we talk, I welcome you to consider that this conversation may be a turning point in your life. Your menu of choices includes teleclasses, webinars, group telephone coaching, private consulting. Or you can decide it’s not for you right now and go back to the life you were living. That’s okay, too. But I hope that after getting in touch with what you really want you don’t go back.
Just think of what you, your family, your friends will get–think of how you will be able to benefit so many more people! Please don’t go back to playing small or giving it to whatever is hard about your moving forward. Don’t go back to hiding your brilliance and what you are meant to share with all of us who are just waiting for you to show up.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see people moving towards their dreams, and I will do everything I can to support you in your doing that as well.
What’s it going to cost me?
Well, considering it’s a potentially life-changing session, with mindset shifting ideas, clarity, dreaming big, and leaving with a plan, we could call it a “long-term strategic life planning session,” and it’d cost you a few thousand bucks.
But of course I’m not going to do that do you. How does “free” sound? Now I know the conventional wisdom talks about perceived value, and I understand that if I put a higher price on this, you may perceive it as being more valuable.
However, here is what I believe about you:
You are smart, able to make intelligent decisions, and you understand that big change can come if you start taking action–even the small step of having a conversation. You also recognize that success is the progression towards a worthwhile goal and this conversation is progress. Your making this appointment is evidence to your heart, mind, and spirit that you are ready to make some changes, take some action, and start creating the life you really want for yourself.

As a certified coach (Licensed WellCoach, co-active life coach, Holistic Health Counselor), I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” diet plan, so we will come up with things together that will work with your life, your schedule, your concerns, and what small changes you can and are willing to make over time (and perhaps some big changes you can make so that the small changes happen quickly and easily) so that you can move consistently forward towards your quest for natural, optimal health.
A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest and open relationships, a career that inspires you, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, and physical activity that “moves you” and feeds your soul and your hunger for living. Let’s consider these things Primary Food, and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find optimal health and wellness in all of these areas while we are working on your primary health goals.
